Function of Cinchonine:

Cinchonine serves multiple functions, including acting as a catalyst in pesticide production, preventing high-fat-diet-induced obesity, exhibiting antiplatelet properties, and inhibiting osteoclast differentiation.

Effect of Cinchonine:

Cinchonine effectively ameliorated hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia induced by the HFD; cholesterol, LDL+VLDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, TG, and the plasma glucose levels were reduced in CID group compared to HFD group.
